FREIGHT POLICY

Products purchased at Longevitech will be delivered by courier and shipping is calculated before the order is placed. Orders that qualify for a minimum amount may benefit from free shipping according to the regions below:

States of São Paulo, Minas Gerais, Paraná, Santa Catarina, Rio Grande do Sul – Free shipping for purchases from R$ 400.00
State of Rio de Janeiro and Espírito Santo – Free shipping for purchases from R$ 600.00
Other Regions – Free shipping for purchases from R$ 2,000.00
Orders with products outside the accepted postal dimensions will be delivered via courier and may not qualify for the free shipping policy.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

Our commitment is to your complete satisfaction with purchases made on our website.
Seeking a partnership of respect and trust, we created the Exchange and Return Policy.

RETURN AND REFUND OF GOODS

Requests to withdraw from the product will be accepted within 7 (seven) calendar days after receipt of the item. The amounts will be refunded to the customer within 3 working days after receiving the goods, either by reversing the charge on the credit card or bank deposit.

Instructions for exchange must be requested by email contato@longevitech.com or by Whatsapp (15) 991346466.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, accompanied by all accessories.
The product can not show any evidence of use.

ATTENTION: The product that does not meet the conditions required above will not have its return accepted and will be automatically sent back to the original address. Under these conditions, Longevitech will reserve the right to make a new freight charge.

There will be no refund of amounts spent with shipping, except in the case of products with manufacturing defects.

PRODUCTS WITH DEFECTIVE MANUFACTURING

All products sold by the Longevitech webshop are guaranteed in case of natural manufacturing defects. If the item purchased in our store is defective within 90 days of receipt, we will exchange the product, leaving the customer free of any expenses related to the shipping and resending of this product.
It is worth remembering that this request will go through an evaluation process, with the possibility of the request being considered inadequate and presenting an unfavorable report to the exchange. The deadline for this evaluation and repair is up to 30 days according to the Consumer Code. In other words, the product manufacturer reserves the right to repair the product and, if necessary, replace it. In this case, the customer will not receive, under any circumstances, indemnities or refunds in cash.

DELAY IN SENDING

In case of delay in delivery, we will contact the customer by email, phone, or WhatsApp to determine if the purchase will be cancelled, reversed or if a new delivery period will be agreed.
